Dharma Raja Boy's High School, Rajapalayam - 626 117, with all consequential monetary benefits and salary with effect from 24.01.2018. ************ The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the second respondent in O.Mu.No.621/A2/2018 dated 14.02.2018 and quash the same and to direct the second respondent to approve the appointment of K.Venkatesa Balaji as Office Assistant in the petitioner school, namely, Sri Rao Bahadur A.K.D. Dharma Raja Boy's High School, Rajapalayam - 626 117, with all consequential monetary benefits and salary with effect from 24.01.2018.

2.Heard Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.02.2018, passed by the second respondent, whereby, the appointment of one Office Assistant at the petitioner school was rejected. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Today, when the case came up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the order dated 07.05.2018, in g.K.vz;.1189/m2/2018> whereby the said appointment has been approved. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner, who, on receipt of the same, has submitted that, since the approval has been given, no further adjudication is pending in this writ petition. 5.Taking into account the said development and recording the said proceedings dated 07.05.2018, as well as the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is disposed of, as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been accomplished.
