ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025 and to provide adequate protection for conducting survey of the property comprised in Survey No.140/1A2B (Plot No.14), situated at Thirupparankundram, Madurai District, measuring an extent of 11,598 square feet, and to proceed in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the third respondent may obtain appropriate police protection from the first respondent for 2/4

conducting the survey.
