RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 9858/2016 dated 22.06.2016 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate ( Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has been filed.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail.
