ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner to carry out his business of Badam Milk Shop and to further forbear the fourth respondent from interfering with the same based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner sent a representation only through post and that has been received by the respondent on 28.01.2023 and the same is now pending for enquiry, but the petitioner did not appear for enquiry.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and must cooperate for the enquiry. The respondent Police is directed to complete the process of enquiry and depending upon the out come of the enquiry further action may be taken.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
