The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order granting permission to the sixth respondent to run a hollow block unit.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the permission granted on 22.12.2025 has been recalled by proceedings dated 30.01.2026 in Na.Ka.No.A10/968/2025. In view of the said subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
