Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that this petition is filed questioning the summon that was issued under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. The proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., is valid only for one year and hence, the matter become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
