ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the letter in D. No. 475, dated 08.10.2020 from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Sarvagan Prabhu, Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order:

By order dated 28.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in C.C.No.100 of 2018 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.475/2020 dated 08.10.2020 wherein, the learned Judge stating that due to Covid-19 lockdown, the order copy was filed by the counsel for accused through memo on 07.10.2020 and the case has been posted for examination of LW1 to LW3, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order dated 28.02.2020. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
