Respondent/ Respondent Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1001 of 2021 dated 25.01.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1001 of 2021 on 25.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.1939 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.1001 of 2021 on 25.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Committal Court on every Monday at 10.30 am., until the case is committed to the Court of Sessions.
