ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner only seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to survey the petitioner's punja lands in S.No.542/1B (Patta 2/4

No.2294) measuring 0.10.93 ares of Melamaruthappapuram Village, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District, with the help of police protection by demarcating the boundaries, based on his application dated 14.05.2024. 4.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 14.05.2024. It is made clear that the respondents 2 and 3 shall cause notice to any interested parties, including the respondents 6 and 7, who are arrayed as parties in the writ petition by the petitioner herself. The survey shall be conducted on merits and in accordance with law and if the respondents 2 and 3 apprehend any breach of peace, it shall be open to them to seek sufficient police protection from the respondents 4 and 5, who shall immediately provide the same on any such request made by the respondents 2 and
