O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.687 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent to some other agency which is competent to investigate the matter.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that viscera report will have to be received and thereafter, investigation would be completed within three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
