ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal dated 22.12.2025, seeking incorporation the petitioner's name in the Joint Patta bearing No.1936 in respect of the housing sites measuring to an extent of 9, 8, 9 and 6 cents comprised in Survey Nos.256/4, 256/5, 256/6 and 256/4 respectively, situated at Santhapuram Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The petitioner has preferred an appeal and the first respondent has not consider the same.

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 7, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance 2/4

with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
