O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in Juvenile Case No.30 of 2018 on the file of the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Maduari for the offences under Sections 147, 326, 341 and 294(b) of I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(r), 3 (1)(s), 3(1)(za)(b) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Preventions of Atrocities) Act.

2.The parties have compromised the issues between themselves. A compromise memo has also been filed. The same is taken on record and it will form part of the order. In these circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the proceedings pending before the forum below. The petitioner's counsel brought to my notice that in respect of the very proceedings at the instance of another juvenile in conflict with law, the proceedings were quashed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17953 of 2019, dated 29.11.2019. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4132 of 2020 jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the impugned proceedings stand quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed as far as the petitioner is concerned.
