ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/189/MCB.01/145/2022 dated 28.01.2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the initiation of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., summons were issued to both sides.

3. It is seen that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. would be issued only to maintain peace in the locality for a particular period. However, it is seen that the period itself is over. Accordingly, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the criminal original petition is dismissed as no further orders are required to be passed.
