This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute against the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri has conducted an enquiry and an order has been passed on 05.04.2013.
