2.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of six months, he further submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, this petition is ordered accordingly.
