This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent State Information Commission to take cognizance of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2018 and dispose of the same as per Section 20(1) of Right to Information Act 2005 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent produced documents as required by the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also received the same.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
