Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification dated 09.02.2018 issued by the third respondent Teachers Recruitment Board, quash the same and further direct the third respondent Teachers Recruitment Board to complete the process of recruitment started vide its notification No.6 of 2017 dated 28.07.2017 including certificate verification and selection of candidates for appointment to the posts of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges in so far as it relates to the subject Computer Science & Engineering.

The petitioner questions the cancellation of the examination conducted by the third respondent Board on 16.09.2017. This Court had already held that cancellation of examination is bad and that the Board shall only conduct a fresh evaluation of the answer sheets.
