PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue gratuity amount to the petitioner due to the death of the petitioner's wife namely G.Nancy as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, as per the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct respondent to issue gratuity amount to the petitioner, on account of the death of the petitioner's wife namely G.Nancy, as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, by considering his representation dated 08.01.2020.

2.Today(07.01.2022), when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of this petitioner, dated 08.01.2020 was already disposed of by the respondent on 30.12.2021 and the same has also been communicated the the petitioner.

3.In view of the such statement made on behalf of the respondent that the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of, this writ petition is closed as no further order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
