PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to to call for the records of the third respondent notice, dated 22.05.2019 deleting the names of the fourth and fifth respondents in Crime No.99 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Perunkudi Police Station, Madurai District. and set aside the same.

ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the third respondent notice, dated 22.05.2019, in and by which the petitioner was informed about the deletion of the names of the fourth and fifth respondents in Crime No.99 of 2019 of Perunkudi Police Station, Madurai District.

2.Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though in the complaint lodged by the present petitioner, he has mentioned the names of the fourth and fifth respondents, the third respondent deleted their names and also sent a notice in this regard on 22.05.2019.

3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions would contend that the Inspector of Police, Perunkudi Police Station, Madurai District, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.99 of 2019, filed a final report in C.C.No.173 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3772 of 2021 with regard to the deletion of the names of the fourth and fifth respondents, a notice was also served on the present petitioner. 4.In the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report filed by the Inspector of Police, Perunkudi Police Station, Madurai District, she can approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate and file appropriate petition, if she is so advised.
