ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in CC No.2/2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, is directed to dispose of the case in CC No.2/2018 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
