ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner requests for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the private respondents. The petitioner wants patta to be issued in his favour. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 12.02.2024 before the first respondent in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the 2/4

interested persons, if any, particularly the private respondents herein on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
