This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation Crime No. 246 of 2014 from the third respondent to fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's husband is already an accused in Crime No. 246 of 2014 and he has also been arrested. He further submitted that more than 15 witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
