Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Srikanth, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN Government Advocate(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos.15023 and 15190 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18359 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Anti-land Grabbing Special Cell, Special Court, Virudhunagar.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before concerned Court on 08.03.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
