This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to grant permission and protection to conduct the Aadalum Paadalum dance program on 27.02.2024 in pursuant to the Masi Perun Thiruvizha of Arulmigu Sri Maha Kaliamman Thirukovil Festival, the above said program is to be conducted at Kujiliyamparai, 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Respondent Police are ready to give permission to the petitioner as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu/Head of State Police Force, Chennai-4, in Rc.No.007301/General I(I)/2019, dated 09.04.2019. 2/4
