Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To modify the order dated 19.11.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13096 of 2025 by modifying the condition No.7(c) as, the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondnet police daily as and when required instead of the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13096 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is working https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

as a B.T. Assistant in Government Higher Secondary School, Chokkalingapuram, Singampuneri. Since the petitioner's request for leave or permission has not been approved by the school, she is unable to appear daily before the respondent police. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition even for a single day.

4. Considering the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 13096 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.''

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as stated supra. 12-02-2026 jbr To
