C-60.To Modify the condition No.34 (a) imposed in the order passed Crl RC(MD) No. 1190/2025 dated 27.11.2025, in so far as the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of MANOLAYA.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.34 (a) imposed in the order passed Crl RC(MD) No.1190/2025 dated 27.11.2025, in so far as the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of MANOLAYA.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the fact that the offender was the petitioner's son, who has since died, and the request made by the petitioner, the condition No.34 (a) imposed in the order passed Crl RC(MD) No.1190/2025 dated 27.11.2025, is modified as follows:- "34. (a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of the Manolaya, Indian Overseas Bank, Kottaram Branch, Account No.025302000000284, IFSC Code: IOBA0000253." Barring the above, there are no other modifications in the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.RC(MD)No.1190/2025 vide order dated 27.11.2025.
