Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.333-2017 E dated 03.11.2017 published in Makkal Kural Tamil Daily dated 06.11.2017 and the impugned notification issued by third respondent in Na.Ka.No.333-2017 E dated 10.01.2018 published in Dinamani Tamil Daily news paper dated 11.01.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend the licence to the petitioner for selling eatables and for collecting empty bottles in the Bar attached to TASMAC retail vending shop of respondents bearing No.5191, Madurai in accordance with law.
