ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to extend the lease period for the non-operation period of 166 days (i.e. from 24.03.2020 to 07.09.2020) or to refund the proportionate license fee for the non-operation period for the collection of the Toilet fee in the Gents Toilet in Platform No.3 of the MGR Bus stand Madurai, under the fourth respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated

10.01.2021 in light of the orders passed in W.P(MD) No.19596 of 2020 dated 01.02.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the fact that the relief claimed has enured to the petitioner by efflux of time, no further orders are required in the above writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
