PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records from the first respondent and impugned order made in Na.Ka.4465/2016 Sa.pa. dated 03.11.2017 and quash the same and directing the first respondent to entertain petitioner's Revision Petition dated 10.11.2017 and to fix time limit to dispose the same by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The petitioner is a terminated employee, who worked in the second respondent/Society. Aggrieved by the termination order, he
filed revision before the first respondent. There was a delay of 226 days in lodging the Revision Petition. On that ground, the Revision Petition was not entertained.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that along with the Revision Petition, he had filed an application for condoning the delay. But the same has been rejected inlimini. 5.The order impugned in the Writ Petition is therefore set aside. The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent. The first respondent will issue notice to the second respondent herein and after disposing of the Condone delay petition, take up the main petition on merits. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The order impugned in the Writ Petition stands quashed. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
