PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24010 of 2025 dated 19.01.2026 on the file of this Court, in so far as ''the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24010 of 2025, dated 19.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an Advocate and regularly appears before the Courts in connection with his professional work, and that the said condition directly interferes with Court timings, case listings, and his professional commitments. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.24010 of 2025 dated 19.01.2026 is modified to 2/3

the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Palanichettipatti Police Station, Theni District, daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
