PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.194 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ sole accused seeking bail for the alleged offence under Sections 364,328,307 of IPC r/w.Section 4 of TNPHW Act.
2. The petitioner herein was arrested based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant alleging that the petitioner herein administered banana laced with rat poison and attempted to kill her. Unfortunately in this case the complainant succumbed to poison and subsequently the offence under Section 307 @ 302 of IPC.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that viscera report also received and investigation will be completed after receipt of cellphone call details.
4. Considering the nature of the case and the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
