Praying this court To call for the entire records pertaining to the order pased by the R1 vide her proceeding in Na.Ka.Aa3/530/2022, Dated. 18.02.2022 under Sec. 145 of Cr.P.C. and set aside the same.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 07.04.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif , Sathankulam vide letter in D.No.384/2023, dated 20.04.2023, this Court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 07.04.2022 directed the trial Court to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.18 of 2022 for temporary injunction within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order and to complete the trial within a period of 6 months therefrom. Subsequently, at the request of the learned District Munsif, Sathankulam, time was extended vide order dated 06.07.2022 granting 3 months further time.

3. The learned District Munsif, Sathankulam has submitted a requisition dated 26.04.2023 stating that the injunction application in I.A.No.18 of 2022 was already disposed of on 18.10.2022 and seeks 6 months further time to dispose of the suit.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, 3 months further time is granted to dispose of the suit from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
