COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.312 and 316 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magisterial No.I, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the cases is of the year 2019, in both the cases, the petitioner is the complainant and because of the non- appearance of the respondent/accused, the matter has been dragged on and his side evidence has been over and posted for defence side evidence. He would further submit that the defence evidence is going to be taken.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai, to complete the trial process and dispose of the cases in S.T.C.No.312 2/4

and 316 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
