RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 13.07.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11126 of 2016 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court for all future hearings regularly.
