To allow this second appeal thereby to set aside the judgment and decree dated 16.03.2022 made in A.S.No.46 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.10.2019 made in O.S.No.256 of 2004 in respect of suit items 15 to 17, 21, 22, 24, 28, 30, 31, 35, 36, 54, 56 and 58 in A Schedule and items 4 and 5 in B Schedule on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Aruppukkottai and decree the suit with costs throughout. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PARTHASARATHY, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- On payment of Rs.500/- to the creche attached to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, this petition is allowed.
