When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.12 of 2025 under Sections 296(b), 351(2) Bharatiya Nyaya 1/3

Sanhita, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.

2. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
