ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.01.2015, for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,448,294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of the TNPPDL Act, in Crime.No.58 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that these petitioners have been detained under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-Leggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
