Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed by this Court only for 16 days. 3.Considering the Gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11920 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017.
