O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.A11/3974/2025 dated 30.10.2025 based on the petitioner's application dated 15.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner claims a right over 3 cents of the property in Survey No. 105/13. Further, the petitioner, along with other co-owner, is entitled to the said 3 cents. However, the 4th respondent and their family obtained the patta for the property in 2016. Therefore, the petitioner seeks the issuance of the patta in their name.

3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry after issuing notice to both the petitioner and 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
