The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2019.

2. As per the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2019, the petitioner wanted to take up the lands for lease by himself by increasing 10% of the lease amount, over the previous year's lease amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2, upon instructions, stated that the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered as they propose to lease out the said lands by auction and auction will be completed before the end of March 2020. It is also made clear that in the event if the auction notice is published, it is open to the petitioner to take part in the same.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
