JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The writ petition filed by the appellant /writ petitioner to forbear the respondents from cutting the life trees reared by the petitioner and constructing the permanent stage in S.No.150/15 of Natham property till the final disposal of the civil suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.336 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai, was dismissed. Challenging the same, the present writ appeal is filed.
2.The records shows that the civil dispute between the parties is pending before the concerned civil Court. Pending civil suit, the writ petitioner seeking an interim relief approached this Court by filing the writ petition. If at all the writ petitioner wants any interim relief, he has to approach only the competent civil Court by filing appropriate petition. The writ Court will not be
justified in issuing any direction as such. Hence, the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition.
3.For the reasons stated above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. The appellant/writ petitioner is directed to approach the competent civil Court for necessary relief.
