ORDER
The petitioners, who are the accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.278 of 2023 have filed this application to quash the FIR pending against them.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation has already been completed and the final report is made ready and the final report would be filed within two days. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the first respondent Police to file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Magistrate shall take the case on file within a period of two weeks thereon. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
