The above application has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 176 days in filing the appeal against order passed in M.C.O.P.No.260 of 2021, dated 07.08.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Court for MCOP Cases, Tiruchirappalli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 04.06.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Permission is granted. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Civil Miscellaneous appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
