CMP(MD) No.2108 of 2023 This petition has been filed to accept the certified copy of Ex.B1 sale deed dated 15.09.1982 and order return of original document marked as Ex.B1 in O.S.No.210 of 2004, on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram.
2. This appeal is pending from 2008, without taking any steps to proceed with the second appeal, the appellants now filed the present application to return of the documents. This Court while admitting the second appeal called for the records from the trial Court for verification of records. Records have been called for only limited purpose and this Court has no authority to return the documents. Hence, this application is dismissed.
