Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.M.Maharaja, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondents 3 and 4, who are the mother and aunt of the petitioner respectively, are harassing the present petitioner, since she refused to marry the boy, whom they suggested. 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021 is posted for enquiry.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 26.02.2021, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
