O R D E R

This petition is filed for direction to transfer the maintenance case in M.C.No.35 of 2012 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District to any one of the competent Court at Namakkal, Namakkal District.

2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2007.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
