O R D E R

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 of offences under Sections 354(b), 354(c), 387 and 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w. Section 67 of Information Technology Act, seek quash of the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, a Compromise Memo has been filed, entered into on 24.02.2015 between the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant. The same reflects the settlement of dispute between the parties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the affidavit of the second respondent/de-facto complainant dated 24.02.2015, this Court accepts the compromise signed by both the parties viz., the petitioners/Accused Nos.1

to 3 and the second respondent/de-facto complainant as well as their respective counsel. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent shall stand quashed. The Memo of Compromise shall form part of the records. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
