The petitioner, who is the sole accused in CC No.175 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Nagercoil has approached this Court for an early disposal of the above case. 2.Mr.M.Veerenthiran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent police and submits that there are totally nine witnesses in CC No.175 of 2021 and the case is posted to 18.06.2024 for examination of LW 1 to LW 4. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
