CMP(MD) NO. 1764 of 2026 dated 10.01.2023 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, pending disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the decree in M.C.O.P.No.443 of 2021 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
