O. P. (MD) No. 12513/2017 dated 21.09.2017 as the Petitioner shall appear before respondent police as and when required. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
